It was a long and difficult way to each other but now I have my second half with me!

Elena and Ken

One day while having a tea party with a couple of my friends one of them told me:”Elena, it's time for you to stop devoting yourself to others and concentrate on your own private life.” I thought about it for a while and I decided to give a chance to this idea. So in a few weeks my daily routine was diversified by exchanging letters back and forth with a nice Australian gentleman named Ken. Being a rather reserved person I was really surprised by the fact that Ken and I have become good friends in a short period of time. Both of us were eager to meet each other in person that's why I was so grateful and happy when Ken came to visit me in Lugansk.

We spend as much time together as possible eating out, having walks around our romantic autumn city, or just having interesting conversations. The only thing I had concern about was introducing him to my daughter, who was aware of our correspondence but never seemed to appreciate it. Ultimately, it was a great relief for me to find out that my daughter and Ken had found a common ground. Although we had to part as Ken needed to return home, I can surely say that it's not the end of our story.

Our meeting has taken place in Kiev. Mike was registered on "Dream Marriage". We impatiently waited for our meeting. Our correspondence has begun in the middle of August and continued through the middle of October. Being on this site gave us a possibility to communicate with lots of people but when we received the letters from each other we realized that our relationship is exactly that we have been looking for. We have agreed to meet in hope to get to know each other better.

Our meeting was in Kiev on 19 October, we met at a central square of the city near McDonalds. We have recognized each other because we used new technologies on the site "Dream Marriage". Here, on this site people can communicate not just in a simple chat they can communicate in a video- chat . That is why a man can be hundred percent sure, that the way a woman looks is exactly what he saw on her profile, and there can not be any mistakes. All day me and Mike, walked around the city, and we were happy to have a great conversation. I took a trip on a boat where we could see all the beauty of Kiev from the river Dnepr. I told Mike about history of Kiev, and showed him historical monuments. Our wonderful day was finished with a magnificent supper at the restaurant. We spent several days together; we took walks and tried to get to know each other better. Now Mike left for home. But I hope that our meeting in Kiev it is just the beginning of our serious relations in the future.
We hope that many lonely hearts can find each other, because "Dream Marriage" gives the chance to people from the different countries and continents to find each other and to make your dreams of marriage real!!!!

Marina and Timmy

Since we met at the airport I thought right away that my life was going to change dramatically, because it appeared that in reality Terry was even better and more interesting person! We have settled in Kiev for several days, and Terry did not stop to surprise me all the time! He brought me many presents, wonderful perfumes and jewellery! Also, he has an incredible sense of humour, which i loved so much from the beginning of our communication! And also, he did so many nice things for me! Knowing that my favorite number is 23,
he gave me 23 wonderful red roses in a wonderful vase right in the middle of the luxurious hotel where we stayed at....and this made me believe that Terry was not only an intelligent man, but also a romantic person, who can make his loved one happy!

All the things we did was romantic, we sailed on a river boat, and went to visit many famous historical places in Kiev! After several days I brought Terry to my hometown to introduce him to my family! My mother was charmed by his attention. He gave her a very nice
gift and flowers, and my father has found a great friend for himself, as they both like fishing! Terry was charmed by our hospitality and Ukrainian culture! So, finally he made a proposal to me and gave me a wonderful ring with diamond.....which symbolises his love to me.....I think we will be a very happy couple from now and forever thanks to this site, where we have met!

Julia and Anders

I wanted to thank the agency that I found such an interesting, intelligent and gentle man. I want to tell you about my meeting with Anders . He is such a nice and sweet guy. We spent some time together, had a romantic dinner at a nice restaurant. I showed him some beautiful places in Nikolaev. We talked and laughed a lot. Anders was trying to teach me Swedish and I told him several phrases in Russian. We were walking around the night city and it was so romantic. The weather was so nice and warm. We watched the stars, the Moon.

There were many things we wanted to tell each other. Anders shared some of his secrets with me and told me about his kids. That was so nice, because we trusted each other without any problems and I believe that it’s an important thing between two people. Anders had a lot of fun, he ate Ukrainian food and it seemed like he loved it. He thinks that Ukrainian people are very nice and sweet. So I am very happy because he made such a conclusion. I am sure that our story will be continued...but that is going to be between us…

Tatiana and Scott

From the very beginning of our communication on this website I realized that this man has a sincere soul, and it is rare in our world. Scott is kind, open and honest. I haven't even seen his photo in his profile, but when he sent it to me, I felt warmth and kindness in his eyes and smile.
We have decided to meet in the real life. Scott has won me over with his attention and unexpected actions. Every day, we got to know each other better.

When he was making plans to go back to his country, I don't know why, but suddenly I realized that I was going to miss this man. I realized who he was for me - a friend, a soul mate or maybe we are each others halves, that are being thrown away from each other. Now Scott and I continue our communication on this site and I am waiting impatiently for our next meeting.

Maria and Jim

I must confess that I was skeptical about internet communication and blind dates. Nevertheless, I had an opinion that correspondence gives a possibility to know a person better, you can always read something between lines that the person tries to hide. Therefore, I decided to try my destiny here on this site.

It was new and unreal for me, I could not even think that it is possible to find a person so close in spirits and so far physically (I am talking about those thousands kilometers that separate me and Jim from each other). While communicating with Jim I felt comfortable. He won my heart with his charm, generosity, sense of humor, honesty and pure soul. Our correspondence was long, interesting and fascinating. At last, Jim got a possibility to visit Ukraine and stay for a while with me in my hometown. We were very happy to meet each other in person. The Week flew by so quickly, quiet cafes, romantic dinners at restaurants, shopping, sweet presents and good treatment of me and my son won my favor. I must confess that Jim knows how to treat his woman! Now, unfortunately, we are far away from each other again. However, we try to keep in touch, and do not lose hopes for our next meeting.

Bogdana and Ahmed

We met at Dream-marriage.com and began to actively exchange messages and communicate online. We liked each other's correspondence. In late September, he told me that he wanted to make a visit to Ukraine and meet with me. I met him at the Odessa airport. On our first date, we stayed in Odessa, walked around the city and got to know each other better. The next day we went to Kherson. We went to restaurants and spent a lot of time together.

I liked the fact that he was interested in my life, my family and friends, he is very sincere, serious and decent man. After our first meeting, he sent me a message that he wants to come to Kherson again. At this time the road from Odessa seemed shorter. We arrived to Kherson in a rental car and drove to Nikolaev where we spent a wonderful day. We spent as much as 5 days together. It was very sad for him to leave but he promised to return in November.

Sometimes our life surprise us... I would like to share my happiness with you and first of all to express my gratitude to this site! I could not even imagine that somewhere on the other part of the world there is a man who can accept me and keep me in his heart ... Our feelings began to grow two months ago, and now we finally met here now, I still do not believe it ... My life has acquired a new meaning, and his name - Rufus.
He is a real gentleman, I thank my lucky stars for the fact that she smiled to me ... After two months of our acquaintance and communication, we have met ... Introducing to my family was wonderful, we all were glad to see him, we were waiting for him, and personally me, I was waiting for him my whole life ... Lilit and Jon

I LOVE LILIT PETROSYAN

I had been communicating with my Lilit through the internet for some months on a daily basis and we both knew that we wanted the same things, namely lasting love and companionship in my home here in Australia. Without formally asking her to marry me before I travelled to Armenia, I was convinced that she was willing to change her life completely by leaving her homeland and coming to live with me. When I asked my Lilit to marry me in person, she accepted without hesitation.

That was the day she was coming down with a bad dose of the flu. I had travelled nearly halfway around the world - in my spring holidays from my job as a secondary teacher - to meet my beloved Lilit and fate would dictate that our limited time together initially would be curtailed further by her illness. Such was my frustration at this unlucky turn of events, Lilit came to see me in my rented apartment, when she should have been in bed. Bravely, she dressed up, looking breath-takingly beautiful, despite her headache, running nose, upset stomach and debilitating cough.

She simply had to stay inside for a couple of days after that and I broke any number of Armenian cultural taboos by appearing unannounced at her parents' apartment (where she dwells, as a good Armenian daughter would) with a basket of flowers. I felt bad myself, as it is a fair bet that I passed on the bug that made her ill in the first place. Lilit was not over the illness by the time I had to depart to Australia once more, but the power of her love made her come to me each day, a vision of beauty despite the nasty flu.

The additional time spent at home in the day with her parents had made her think about the future more and she discussed with them her growing need to come to Australia for a visit, as a tourist, to be sure that she could be happy Down Under. She was reminded that she would be far removed from all that was formerly dear and familiar. Nevertheless, she was determined to move forward into the unknown and her parents conceded that she should follow her heart's desire and not be subject to all ancient Armenian custom and tradition, especially given her mature age. She was equally clear that she wanted to return to Armenia to marry, to satisfy ancient custom and please her parents, for whom she has total respect and daughterly devotion.

As I know my own mind, so does she. We discussed the notion of the initial tourist visit and agreed that it was a necessary step in our relationship. I need my Lilit in my life, but I also need my Lilit to be totally aware of what she was choosing and totally happy with the choice. I love her more than I can say. She is pure of heart and without artifice. I want her with me, hence this tourist visa is an essential step in our journey towards marriage.

She will be in my care the whole time in Australia. As I have my own home in the Adelaide Hills and a full-time, permanent position in the South Australian Education Department, Lilit will want for nothing in her stay here as a tourist, as she will be secure in the coming years as my beloved wife. We will in effect be trialling our future life when she is here as a tourist. She will not need her own money, as we will have more than sufficient from my salary.
